A devoted student to the art of bellydance movement for over 13 years, my love of hip hop, bass, circus arts and contemporary tribal has lead me to develop my own expression within the genre.

Yoga

Class Offerings:

+ Cosmic Queen- Make all the space. After staring at a screen all day your neck, shoulders and back start to freak out.

"Humans aren't meant for this!" you scream inside..

Nope. They are not.

So, this sequence is for the everyday human to stretch grumpy quads, open up tight chests, free up the neck, destress, breathe, and so much more.

Low and slow, great for beginners! 

Seasonal Wellness Flow- Rotating themes throughout the year. Every season gives rise to new challenges for the body. We can help it cope by adapting our practice.

Private Sessions & Retreats

          Private sessions are a way to bless up some free time in your day and can be done in the comfort of your own home. 

We take a few minutes before we begin to decide what it is you most want to focus on, and I can build a flow to support that.

     It includes..

  • Space setting

  • Props

  • Wellness support + post session fuel up with a smoothie or healthy snack.

    Ella Dhara has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, recently completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through University of New Mexico in Taos.

     She honors the lineages that have informed her practice, and brings her knowledge of constitutional types, functional yoga therapy, astrology, and holistic medicine to craft flows that are designed to get you out of you pain, and back to presence.
